Refund Policy

  • In case of cancellation of the visit no later than 12 hours before the appointed time – the money is returned to the client within 3 next business days.
  • The institution does not pay a bank commission for returning funds to the client in case of cancellation.
  • If the cancellation occurs later or the client does not show up, does not answer phone calls and does not contact the institution – the funds are not returned.
  • Be careful and pay for the services within the specified time interval on the payment system website and follow all payment rules.
  • In case of a technical error or double payment on the part of the payment system – contact the payment system company to resolve all further issues.
  • The institution returns funds if all terms of the return policy have been met.
  • If the return policy does not suit you – we recommend choosing payment at the institution via a bank terminal or cash.
